Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we have a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Please read the following carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item(s) received are:

Damaged at the point of delivery, or

Lost in transit
We urge you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is damaged, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at support@beautyhub.ng with photos and details.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you as soon as we are aware.
If the parcel remains undelivered after 5 working days from that notice, we will issue a full refund to your bank account or the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the damage.
Note: Sale items, personal care goods, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Wrong or Missing Item
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us with:

Your order number

Details of the missing or incorrect item

A photo of the invoice and received items
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We offer like-for-like exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Once your request is approved, a replacement will be arranged. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
Important Notes

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or not in their original condition.

Items purchased on sale or as part of promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order came with a free gift, it must also be returned in order to process your refund or exchange.

We do not offer price adjustments for past orders.
