1. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are generally not available. However, certain exceptions may apply under specific terms as outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Exceptions
- You receive an incorrect item
- You receive a damaged item
- There is a verified issue caused by BeautyHub before delivery
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number, clear photos or videos, and a brief description of the issue.
4. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty)
5. Processing Approved Exceptions
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error or damage was caused by BeautyHub.
