01. Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery within central Lagos takes 1–3 business days, 3–7 business days for Lagos outskirts and other Nigerian states, and 5–10 business days for international orders. 

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Yes, we do! International shipping is available with calculated shipping fees shown at checkout.

Note: Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

What courier do you use for deliveries outside Lagos?

We partner with FEZ Delivery Ltd Nigeria and DHL for all deliveries outside Lagos.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! A tracking number is sent to your email once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its delivery status in real-time.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes! You can pick up your order at 41 Industrial Avenue, Sabo Yaba. 

Just select “Pick Up” as your delivery option during checkout.

What if I have issues with delivery?

Yes — all our products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from reputable brands in the UK, US, and Korea.

03. Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund or exchange my product?

Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only allowed if your order has not been dispatched. Once an order leaves our store, it becomes ineligible for return.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

We’re truly sorry! Please contact us immediately. Do not discard the product — we may request photos for assessment.

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment info to complete your order.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can change your delivery address only before the order is dispatched. If needed, contact us immediately to request the change.

Additional fees may apply.

Where is my invoice?

We email your invoice to reduce paper waste.

If you need a printed copy, please reach out to our support team.
